Just watched a pretty good little investigative piece about the developing new exploited class of professionals whose expertise is being vacuumed up by the AI companies to train their models to behave in a more human seeming way. Is this covered in the new essay?

Many people have already pushed away from tech. We already have a segment of people who drew the line on tech somewhere. And even more people who are careful with their use and prioritize real life. People still want to connect with one another in real ways, and will continue to do so. AI is going to take all the mindless, soul crushing jobs away and corporations will still consolidate wealth, but its not all doom. Its just different.
